Altar Rosary Society Thanks You
The Altar Rosary Society would like to thank everyone who supported and came to their lovely Communion Breakfast and also those who donated at the Pet Blessing where all donations and proceeds collected went to The Plainfield Animal Hospital.
World Mission Sunday
Masses this weekend, October 23rd and 24th
We will be having a second collection for the World Mission Sunday. This collection benefits the Society for the Propaganda of the Faith, the American Board for Catholic Mission and the Catholic Near East Welfare Association.
Halloween Trivia Night Presented by the Knights of Columbus
Saturday, October 23rd, 6:00 - 8:30pm in the Parish Center Cafeteria.
Spooky family fun for all!
Prizes for top teams. Limit of 5 per team, please.
$5.00 per person. Includes slice of pizza and drink. Additional pizza, drinks, and snacks available for purchase.

Miraculous Medal Novena Continues
Our Miraculous Medal Novena will continue on Monday, October 25th at 7:00 pm. Please join the Altar Rosary Society and other members of our parish family for this special devotion in honor of Our Blessed Lady under the title of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal.

OLMV ANNUAL MEMORIAL MASS FOR DECEASED PARISHIONERS
Friday, November 5 at 7:00 PM
You are invited to attend the annual Memorial Mass to pray for the repose of the souls of parishioners who died during the past year and for all the faithful departed. Please join us as well for a reception with light refreshments in the church hall following the Mass.
Evangelization Ministry hosts Movie Time
Sunday, November 7th 3:30-5:30 PM parish center cafeteria.

Adult Confirmation Inquiry Evening
Monday, November 15, 7:00pm at Petra House (Building next to the church).
Come to PETRA HOUSE to join other interested and inquiring adults who want to deepen their commitment to Jesus and learn more about the Catholic faith.
Parish High School Youth Group
Mass Broadcast 88.1 FM
Please note that all Masses (weekday and Sunday) and including funerals and weddings, are still being broadcast into the church parking lot. Tune in on 88.1 FM. Let the office know if you will attending by radio and would like to receive Communion after Mass. Please give a brief description of your car so we can track you down.
Our Lady of Mount Virgin Fall Flea Market
Sunday, November 20th from 9am – 4pm If you are interested in having a table at the flea market please contact Patty in the Parish Office. Tables will assigned on a first come first serve basis. Space is limited. Details to follow.
Religious Education Updates
Registraion for Religious Education classes is now closed.
Families re-locating to the area may register. Please contact the Religious Education office.- Tuesdays 5:30-6:40: Grade 5 Catechist and Assistant.
Please consider donating your time and talent to guide the children of our parish on their journey of faith. As always, all volunteers must be fingerprinted, background checked and attend a one-time Protecting God’s Children Workshop.
