Religious Educations Updates
Registration for Religious Education classes is now closed. Families re-locating to the area may register. Please contact the Religious Education office.
We are in need of:- Grade 5 Catechist for the 5:30—6:40 pm
- Grade 7 assistant at the 7:00 pm session
Knights of Columbus Blanket Drive
Give warmth this season.
The Knights of Columbus Council 12700 will be conducting a Blanket Drive the weekend of November 13 & 14, 2021.
Members of the Knights will be accepting donations of NEW blankets, comforters, and baby blankets in the OLMV church parking lot during all Masses that weekend.
All blankets collected will be donated to both the St. Vincent dePaul Pantry in Perth Amboy to be distributed to the homeless and others in need, and also to the Life Choices Pregnancy Center in Phillipsburg to assist mothers/families in need who have chosen life.
Winter is approaching. Thank you for your anticipated generosity in helping us give warmth to those who need it most.
OLMV Young Families Ministry
Invites you to our LEMONADE AND SNACK HOUR Sunday, November 14, following the 10:00 am Mass in the church hall. All families, and those who wish to see our family community grow within OLMV are welcome

Miraculous Medal Novena Continues
Our Miraculous Medal Novena will continue on Monday, November 15th at 7:00 pm. Please join the Altar Rosary Society and other members of our parish family for this special devotion in honor of Our Blessed Lady under the title of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal.
Adult Confirmation Inquiry Evening
Monday, November 15, 7:00pm at Petra House (Building next to the church).
Come to PETRA HOUSE to join other interested and inquiring adults who want to deepen their commitment to Jesus and learn more about the Catholic faith.
Our Lady of Mount Virgin Fall Flea Market
Sunday, November 20th from 9am – 4pm in the school gym.
Donations are no longer being accepted.
Volunteers are needed for set-up, cafeteria help, tricky tray, and clean up. Please call Patty Marshall in the parish office if you could spare an hour or two. Always appreciated.
The Altar Rosary Society
The weekend of November 20-21 the Altar Rosary Society will be selling pies after all Masses in the church narthex .
Knights of Columbus Council 12700 - Announcement
Fran & Bert Zupko Catholic High School Tuition ScholarshipKnights of Columbus Council 12700 has begun accepting applications for their "Fran & Bert Zupko Catholic High School Tuition Scholarship" program for the 2021-2022 school year.
Completed applications are due by Wednesday, December 15, 2021. For more information, please see the full announcement on the Knight's webpage.
All Souls Day Remembrance Envelopes
During the month of November we remember in prayer and liturgy those who have gone before us. In a special way, the priests of Our Lady of Mount Virgin remember the souls of our loved ones at Mass during the month of November. Please remember to complete your “All Souls Day” envelope and return it to the parish office, so that your loved ones are remembered. All envelopes will be placed by the Tabernacle to remind the worshipping community of our connection in faith to those who have gone home to the Lord. Additional “All Souls Day” envelopes can be found around the church. Please remember to continue to pray for the deceased of the parish during the month of November.
