Meditation Garden and Remembrance Walkway
The Meditation Garden and Remembrance Walkway at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church is an outdoor Prayer Garden. It is available to the public for quiet prayer and reflection throughout the year.
With the Grotto of Mary as its centerpiece, the Meditation Garden contains Stations of the Cross, a “Rosary Garden” and statues of favorite saints of our parish. Evergreen bushes and biblically based flowers and plants (in season) enhance the spiritual ambiance of the Meditation Garden. A “Remembrance Walkway” welcomes parishioners as they stroll through the garden; spending time in prayer, remembering loved ones or sharing private thoughts with our Lord. Benches placed in the garden encourage parishioners to “sit and stay” for a while, sharing time with God and remembering friends and family members.The Meditation Garden and Remembrance Walkway at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church is that special place of prayer and meditation where any person can find rest for the soul and renew the spirit in the stillness of God’s presence.

Remembrance Walkway Bricks
Our Prayer Garden Remembrance Walkway bricks are a beautiful way to remember a loved one or to give thanks to God for favors received.Remembrance Walkway bricks come in three colors and two sizes:
- 4” x 8” $150.00
- 8” x 8” $250.00
Bricks can be ordered and paid for over 5 months at:- $30.00 per month per brick for 4 x 8 bricks
- $50.00 per month per brick for 8 x 8 bricks
Bricks come in two sizes and in three colors.- Small bricks can contain up to three lines of 21 characters and spaces each.
- Large bricks can contain up to six lines of 21 characters and spaces each.

Garden Flower Endowment Fund
A Garden Flower Endowment Fund will be set aside to ensure the continued upkeep of the flower beds and garden areas.
Donations to the Endowment fund can be in any amount and are gratefully accepted.
The Garden Endowment Fund will enable our parish to provide permanent and necessary upkeep of the Meditation Garden and Remembrance Walkway.
